At Grexalontrchep, we take great pride in the quality of our handmade cards and printing services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Your Statutory Rights (Consumer Guarantees Act 1993)

This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). If you are a consumer (i.e. you acquired the goods for personal, domestic, or household use), you have statutory guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. Where goods fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) under the Act. Custom and Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of our handmade cards and custom printing services, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Custom-designed wedding invitations and stationery
  • Personalized greeting cards with specific text or names
  • Business cards with custom branding
  • Any items created to your specific design specifications

We strongly encourage reviewing all proofs carefully before approving production.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains printing errors made by our team, we will:

  • Reprint the affected items at no additional cost
  • Offer a full refund for the defective portion of your order
  • Provide store credit for future purchases

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of any defects or damage.

Standard Products

For non-customized, ready-made cards from our standard collection:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order: Full refund available
  • After design work has begun: 50% design fee may be retained
  • After production has started: No cancellation possible

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue with your order:

  • Email us at correspondence@grexalontrchep.world with your order number
  • Include photos of any defects or issues
  • Describe the problem in detail
  • We will respond within 2 business days with next steps

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Shipping for Returns

For defective or incorrectly printed items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
